I wasnt completly satisfied because i had clearly asked Miguel i wanted a car wash and when i went to pick up my car it was dirty and when i turned on my car it still said Maintanenece Required and they didnt put the sticker for the next service. Usually when Skyler helps me i dont have to worry about anything. These things might not sound important but to me it is and i will definately request Skyler for my next service.

My visit wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. However, the end was disappointing. My appt was with Kevin but Anthony happened to be walking past Kevin’s empty desk when I arrived and he helped me. Anthony was great. He walked me through the benefits of buying the 5 oil changes and extended me a promotional discount. My appt was 8:30a my multipoint inspection was completed by 9:51a. In addition to my oil change, it was recommended that I also get an alignment and an air filter replacement. I bought all 3 services. My car was ready by 11:20a. Kevin assisted me with my payment and offered me a car wash which I accepted. I get in my car to leave and the tire light flashes as I start it. I go back to Kevin and he says that means a tire sensor is bad. Why would Toyota mechanics have my car for just under 3hrs, perform $546 of service and let me leave with a flashing sensor and not acknowledge it? I have no idea which tire it is or if it’s all of them. I was ready to leave pretty pleased with my experience for one of the first times in a long time but instead I felt slighted. I left with a flashing tire light that no one felt the need to take care of. Anthony explained that it could cost upwards of $300 for a tire sensor. Your technicians do a multipoint inspection but didn’t quote/recommend I take care of my tire sensor(s)?Both Anthony and Kevin are very kind. It’s just really unfortunate that I don’t feel well taken care of by your technicians. Unfortunately, this town doesn’t leave me with much options. I feel like a Toyota dealership should be the best place to service my Toyota. Your establishment is all I have unless I want to drive out of town. Anyway, I’ll be back for another service in 6 months or so. There’s always something disappointing so you probably shouldn’t send me a survey unless it’s solely for the service provided by the service agents and not the technicians or overall experience. So again, Anthony was excellent. Kevin was very pleasant. Technician missed a flashing tire light.
