Work part of service was fine. Am very unhappy with the scheduling. Had appt at 10:45, approx 2 hr job, per miguel. Not done at 12. Still not done at 1. Finally was able to leave about 1:40. Wasted most of day. Had other plans also in hemet!!

Thanks SO MUCH, Toyota. Kristen is a ROCK STAR. I live on a disability income and Grubhub part time to supplement that. So, you can imagine my total panic when the hybrid engine system on my Prius went belly up 2 WEEKS AFTER I MADE THE FINAL PAYMENT ON IT.
