I sat there for 3 hours with no communication at all from him for a simple Oil Change! When I inquired, he was no where to be found. Danielle helped me and then William appears to tell me that I needed a battery and that would be another 20 minutes! Then it was not on stock and now has to be ordered. The battery was the main thing I asked him about when I arrived at 9:15am He seemed a little nervous or jittery. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago which was already paid for. This type of Customer Service is not acceptable.

It was understanding that the vehicle hood was removed in order to pull the entire engine out to fix the oil leaks. We’ll the inside of the hood, engine compartment was dirty and had oil stains. The front of the vehicle and driver’s door had oil stains as did the steering wheel and inside cabin. The front curtain air bags were removed and replaced to satisfy the recall. The oily hand prints on the interior of vehicle were very visible. Very poor job. I have had to spend extra time cleaning all this up. This was a brand new 2024 vehicle 7,200 miles ago. I am not happy with this Toyota product or repair service.

Took 3hrs and Miguel asked me if I would like my car washed I said yes. After waiting 3 hrs I walked out the paper mat and plastic seat cover are still in the car, the car washed not washed, I was tired of waiting 3 hours I didn’t want to deal with it. I just wanted to leave at that point. Today service from 1-10 was a 2 and only because Miguel gave me a discount on my alignment. But it was horrible

Took my car in on Monday due to my remote start not working. I purchased the subscription Nov 18 and by Friday Nov 22 it still wasn’t working. I called corporate and they said I had to take it to the local dealer. Made an appointment took it in Monday nov 25 Ned called me that same day stating “it’s not the aftermarket lights to have we disconnected them and it still doesn’t work we need to keep it for at least one more day. On Tuesday he called me back stating they have to change the computer he has to call Toyota to see if it can be under warranty since it’s not any of the aftermarket stuff I have. Now today Wed Nov 27 he called and said “I have bad news it looks like we’re not going to be able to do nothing to it until your car goes back to completely stock”. I got upset and just picked up my car. I told him why tell me one thing the day before and now say something completely different. He tried telling me no I didn’t tell you that I told you “maybe” so he basically called me a liar. I will be calling corporate and complaining because it was not professional at all that’s why my car has warranty and if the computer needs to be replaced why not do it ? Just blaming my aftermarket things when you told me in the first place it wasn’t that. Looks like you guys just didn’t want to do the job.
