Called the store multiple times within an hour and messaged my service advisor about picking up car and they never answered my call. Communication was not good. Then service advisor charged me wrongly and charged my card incorrectly and had to refund me and do not even apologize. No greetings and very rude her name was Kristin Masson. And she also said that I was not her customer when I was. Bad experience

Miguel was great! However, this was the second time that my Tacoma had to be sent back to service because something was not done correctly. I had witnessed other customers return their vehicles to the service department because of service not being properly done. Unfortunately, I will no longer be coming to this location for my service needs due to the lack of commitment to quality.
