I took my car in for an oil change. It’s regular maintenance routine. I also stated that I needed something checked on the left side because every time I break it makes a really bad squeak noise that was obviously ignored because the Car continues to do the same thing every day every time I take my vehicle in. I feel like there’s nothing done to the vehicle. It’s just kept there. This is an ongoing issue. That’s ridiculous. If we’re paying so much money I was trying to explain to. I believe her name was Christian or Christina. First of all she comes off of a very rude. I was trying to explain what’s going on and she was just like why didn’t you bring it earlier and I tried to tell her what was going on, but she was very rude and not eager to listen. I get you guys are busy but to bring my car in and not attend to the issues that I had stated is very unprofessional. Since by the vehicle. I’ve had multiple issues that have not been resolved. I continue to bring it to the dealer waste half a day to a day without my car so that nothing is done to it

The vehicle was not done by promised time. I have to go to dialysis and have to be there at a certain time so it was important to pick up the car at the promised time. Instead I left several messages to give me an update if the car was ready or not. Finally after five phone calls I got a text at 11:40 stating my vehicle was ready so I left to pick up the vehicle because my wife needed the ca for the weekend. Then while driving to your facility the service writer finally called an hour and twenty minutes after the first call. So this time consuming ordeal made me an hour late for my dialysis appointment so I could not get my full treatment. And to top it all off, when my wife got into her car she discovered that the vehicle was running in the parking lot so anyone could have gotten in the car and driven off. And who knows how long the car was running wasting my fuel. Needless to tell you how disappointed I was with this experience we purchased four vehicles from your dealership and expected more from your service department.
