Tony Schempp is the best of best service consultant at Toyota of Hemet. I always choose him to do the service for my Venza and Tacoma in the past 2 years. He was always kind helped me what I need, and he was great listerner and understanding the situation and gave me right advise for the service I need. Not very friendly, I explained I was new to this dealership, that the one I bought from was way too busy and far. I asked for a car wash, it took two hours to do the services and I received a text my vehicle was finished I went to look for Kristen/Kirsten and she gave me my keys. I went to my vehicle and it Was NOT washed. She put the blame on two young men, No one was apologetic. At this same visit I went to the parts department to look for a basket for the top of my vehicle, the service guy was very helpful in giving me a price but said I needed to go to Kirsten/Kristen for ab estimate on service charges to install it. She said "I don't know" and proceeded to ask her adjacent coworker in service and he also said he didn't know. He wanted to know what kind of vehicle and I pointed to my vehicle and he turned and said sharply " Well I am not a mind reader I didn't know". I played it off with a Halloween joke about being a magic mind reader. In the end he just said "I don't know" and I replied that maybe my husband could figure it out, he was the one that wanted to know. All in all the lack of initiative in trying to find the information on installing a roof basket for a customer is not very service friendly. Did they have a million people at their desks? No. So it could have been addressed better. I can take my installation of the product to someone else that has initiative to have it sold and installed than to try to weasel information from a dealership. I wish I didn't have to complain, but how does one improve if not made aware?

Waited over 4 hours for an maintenance oil change talk to your Service Manger regarding matted and he stated he would check it out and see why this happen actually dropped the car off early at 10:30am service appointment was 11:15 am left Hemet Toyota at 4:30pm this not acceptable Direen Biasi ****-****-xxxx

Miguel handled our warranty and rental car without any stress. Car was fixed in a day . Thank you for making it easy

Great job! Was very please with the team and time I had to wait. Please put up some signs in waiting room for cell phone users. Please consider other people put you call on hold or use an ear phones. I had a headache from some gentlemen talking for over an hour with his speaker on. He was very loud and sorry spoke in a foreign language (nothing wrong with that.) He was so I considered for other people

Process was easy and hassle free. However repair suggestions seem over the top.
