Was the worst service ever... take 3 hours for an oil change . Is ridiculous... I dont know what kind of "Mechanics" this dealer have.. but they are the worst.. very unfortunate for toyota brand... next time I'm pretty sure will be the same .. but hopefully will better as well

Asked for a wash but it wasn’t done. I don’t think they did a thorough inspection of brakes. Had vibrated when braking. They recommend complete brakes replacement. I don’t think they checked for if it was slide pins
