Kristen was very rude. When i was Asking her about an issue in our car she wasn’t looking at me or looked like she was paying attention so i stopped Talking she looked at me and said go on very rude. When i asked how long the service would take she said hours. After waiting two hours i asked for an update and she rudely responded i told You it was Going to be hours. I asked if it would Be like 2 or 4 more hours and she said probably 4. I only went on for an oil change. When she said my breaks needed to be done I told her yes but how much longer since i had Already been there for 4 hours and i had A little baby and a 5 year old they were getting fussy. When i went To pay she said something else was wrong with the car and i should Google it or write it down Since I’m in such a rush. I have Gotten our car serviced at other Toyota locations and it’s never 5 hours for an oil change. I was Not rushing them just did not expect to be there that long. She was rude to other customers as well that i watched I will Never come back here again even though it’s close to my house. I would Rather drive further out some where else then have this kind of service

Don’t have the service rep tell me I’m paying double for routine maintenance. Maybe it triggers your staff that it’s not wanted. Maybe it can trigger customers to not want to return in the future.

Everything went very well except I had a 1 o’clock appointment. My car wasn’t ready until 3 1/2 hours later.
