I was completely satisfied besides the fact they left a corner of my front trunk open, I didn’t notice until later in the day after I’d already been driving and that could’ve been bad. Also, I don’t know if this is avoidable or not, but every time I’ve gotten my car back from their service the leather on my driver side door is more melted. It was never like that until I started taking it into this specific dealership, eventually I’ll just have to get the panel replaced and hope it doesn’t happen again. Service guys are always nice though!

I have been to your store a few times and got serviced done. I bought my vehicle from this Toyota store and it’s a brand new 2024 since then I bought it I believe in April, but since then I had to bring it because it was a leak in my power steering it was leaking fluid then they said they fixed it and then now I have to bring it back yesterday because it’s a leak and he said it was the oil pan leaking and this is a brand new car we’re talking about and then when I picked it up today, the car was very dirty, and I do understand that you have construction work going on which William did clean it for me and then also they put a scratch in my glove compartment which I did show William and he took pictures and he said he’ll let me know if they can fix it or not so this time around I was not pleased with the service at all. I don’t know what happened this time versus to all the other times, but whatever is going on you need to make sure the people that’s working on the cars are doing their jobs properly and like I did emphasize to William customer services is everything without you have nothing
