I don’t like the way Toyota uses the maintenance required button in your car so that it forces you to come in even when you don’t need the service. My example was an oil change which is every 4000 to 5000 miles. The synthetic oil I use can go up to eight or 9000 miles. And yet the maintenance light comes on and won’t be turned off unless I get the 5000 miles done right then I’m not happy with the technology.
However, the service person Edward was very nice and did a good job.

1. Multiple point inspection shows that windshield wiper fluid and coolant were filled. After I paid for the repairs and went home I checked the windshield fluid and coolant fluid. Neither were filled / top off. Actually both were very low. This is disappointing to me.
2. I was told that they no longer offer a military discount. This also was disappointing to me. Especially since my repair bill was over $1,800.00 !
3. The diagnostic test cost was $160.00. I was told that Toyota doesn’t apply the diagnostic test cost to the total bill. This also was disappoining!
