Plastic seat cover paper floor mat and service number left in car. I had to remove and trash myself before I could drive away. Just an FYI.

I had an appointment for my vehicle and waited 4 hours before they even looked at it. No one came to give me an update I had to keep asking for an update, finally the last time I asked after the 4th hour of being there and asking for a supervisor they pulled my car back to start looking at it. I’m extremely unsatisfied and regret purchasing a Toyota for the fact that customer service at all dealerships and the actual Toyota office have no sense of customer service or urgency to help their customers.

The window replacement oh boy tape on the outside of the window had to be removed. Fingerprints black fingerprints all over the windshield and inside my car. I don’t even know how I’m gonna get all that black car looking fingerprints off of the felt. I am so disappointed in the work I received from Hemet.
