First of all, when I got to the dealer I ask Jesse if there was any special or coupon, I was just trying to save a few bucks, and I finished asking, right away he answers, NO special, I was ok, then when they finished my rav4, I went to home, I was only 3 blocks away when my check engine light came on, right away I turned around to the dealer, I ask Jesse what happened, and he opened the hood , and it was a losse hose. I was not happy with the service department. Hope next time is better. There's always way to improve and be better at costumer service. Thanks Jose N

I was told it would be 3hr wait time. 4 hrs passed and I messaged via text . Then I received the link to see results and additional services options, and I also received message saying my vehicle was ready . I had no time to reply if I wanted to add additional service . I drove off and a sensor is not aligned in back , and the message on dashboard is still there for maintenance required visit dealer . Kinda annoying

Obviously it shows there are new owners of Fischer. Seems to me the older customer service was a big hit. Now it’s almost impossible to get a decent discount. Silly as it may seem the little perks made me enjoy waiting for my vehicle. They don’t wash the vehicle and I don’t feel confident in what the issues are with my vehicle. Also I was promised and new paint job because of the peeling paint. When I mentioned it I was told cars have done this for years and it was never corrected by Toyota. I believe the service person was okay but my preference if I do go back will be Kevin. I miss the old shop.

It’s always a pleasure to bring my car in to Toyota of Hemet. I have the opportunity to bring my car to Temecula Toyota, 8 miles away, but I drive 40 min further to have my car serviced there. Who would spends more time to get there, more gasoline, only someone who appreciates the service, the staff, the efficiency & quality. Jason has been totally great to work with. He returns calls promptly and keeps me informed of updates.
Beyond Jason’s control is the fact that whatever the technicians did when replacing the transmission has never been resolved. The check engine light immediately came on and has continuously come on and off since. Most recently today 08/29/24 after picking the vehicle up on 08/28. This is getting very frustrating.

Extremely satisfied with the service and I’m not trying to start a turf war with anyone but my experience with this location has been much smoother and better than the Temecula. Not saying it as a diss to Temecula; their service is great as well but my experience here at the Hemet location today went better than my Temecula services.
