I went there for the three (3) dash messages showing on my dash. He told me that one (1) still’s not fixed but all three (3) dash messages are still showing. No dash messages were fixed. He recommended to replace my battery but he told me that it might be the front camera that he don’t have at the dealership that cost the dash messages warning on my car that cost $2000 plus. He said “it might” meaning he’s unsure. To be honest, i scheduled another Service Appt in Temecula Toyota to have my car check again the soonest I arrived home as I am not satisfied with the service at Toyota of Hemet. Also, i asked if he could assist me to have my car check if how much will it be if I’ll trade it, he told that he can’t assist me. As it has to be a Sales Staff. Was it that hard to call for a sales staff and provide assistance? Thank you for inquiring about my visit in your dealership. Sincerely, Melody B

Satisfied except spending 3 hours for an oil change is not acceptable in my opinion. Came in at 10am, left at 1pm. Even 2 hours for just an oil change is lengthy. Otherwise fully satisfied.

I was extremely impressed with this dealership. From the nice lady who greeted me at my car to Jesse who took care of me. Everyone was very friendly and they made the process so simple. I am Nick’s wife Susan and I brought in my car after Nick said what a great experience he had there and he was right. If I ever need to bring it in to a Toyota dealership I would only bring it to you Hemet.

I was told that the lower ball joint is leaking and sway bar links are leaking that they recommend immediate action.I brought it to a mechanic in our area for second opinion they put it on a lift and inspected it for leaks man’s I laid them 30 dollars for checking those problems but he couldn’t find any problem. This is not the first time that Gosch Toyota made an inspection on my vehicles with innacurate findings. My previous oil change way back on that same vehicle they said it was the water pump leaking but it wasn’t.

Seemed like Jason hated his job, got to his desk and he didn’t say a word to me until I asked “Hey are you Jason” to which he exhaled heavily “yea”. He waited for me to break silence again. I said I’m here for a service, then he asks if I have an appointment. Obviously I did the nice lady with the clip board outside already established that. I explained what was wrong with my car, he didn’t even wait for me to finish, he walked out mid sentence to “get info on my vehicle”. I knew what was wrong with the car. I told him what it was regardless of the 150 for diagnosis. I know how the dealership works they need to find the problem but to save the mechanic time and money I thought I’d give him the heads up. He didn’t care to tell the mechanic. Either way he called me back told me exactly what I told him the problem was and I told him I’d buy the parts instead, it’s not under way anyway, i come back to pick up the car, I get to Jason(AKA Karen) desk and again he doesn’t say a word to me. Not a “how can I help” Nothing. Just hands me a receipt and asks for my card. I ask him for a list of parts and he sends me away to go figure out what I need at the parts section in the building, luckily I’m not as dumb as he thought got the exact part I needed and still has the audacity to ask “Your gonna change it yourself? Good for you.” As sarcastically as possible. Then says “did you already know what the problem was?” To which I replied “yea like I told you the first time I got here” and scoffs under his breath. I consider Jason the worst experience I’ve ever had with any costumer service ever do with that information whatever you want but he’s the reason for this whole review. He was desperately trying to get approval from a Black co worker but **** the customer right? Weirdo the priorities were all **** up

Tony took care of me, there was an issue with the oil change. the next day it was leaking due to a malfunction in a replaced part. I really appreciated Tony’s concern to repair leak and return my vehicle ASAP.
