Although your service representative (Miguel) was polite and thorough, we felt like a 2 1/2 hour wait ( with an appointment) was a ridiculous amount of time to get a key fob programmed. It should have come with my car when I purchased my 2024 Prius. We realize that other customers were in front of us, but it seems like this type of service could be handled by other employees on the sale floor.
This comment is in no reflection to Miguel. He was professional and did his job and was kind the whole way through.

My appointment was for 10:00 AM, I checked in at 9:35 with Anthony, After waiting and reading an entire book, I checked to see the status of my oil change at 1:55 PM and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. At 1:57 PM my Toyota App Status notified me my hood had just been opened. So they had not begun my 10,000 maintenance until 1:57 and I had been there since 9:30. 4 1/2 hours with no update what so ever. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Tony himself was great but I had to drive back to the dealership to have the serviceman turn off my maintenance light also my truck was dripping wet when I walked up to it so I had to get napkins from my glovebox and dry it myself.
