Not communicating about what’s going on with my vehicle then after I was waiting for them to bring it I waited another 25 min when they told me it was a 10 min wait because of them washing my car. You guys need more communication and more enthusiasm.

My recall was not done even though when I scheduled my appointment the girl assured me you had the parts and I would have to leave the car all day. Very big inconvenience. I needed to get a ride. I asked Kevin to NOT was my car and he noted it, well they did it anyway. I had no problem with Kevin he was very professional and could only apologize.
So I was very disappointed with Toyota!

I had my appointment at 2:45 pm just for a my truck oil change. Never spected you guys to take that long for an oil change. I got out of the dealer 3 hrs and 10 min later. I don’t think is right , to make a customer to wait that long. What’s the reason to set an appointment? Not happy at all?
