I will start by saying Ned was awesome again. He took care of my issue and took care of me. One thing I would say is that the other service managers should be careful what they say when customers are around. When a customer comes in and doesn't agree with the prices and doesn't want to do the service, the service manager shouldnt say, "well thank you for waisting my time" after the customer leaves. If that's how he really feels he shouldn't do that job. He is there for the customer. That makes me feel that if I ask questions or would reject a service, what is said about be when I am not around? Hopefully nothing. Everyone knows dealership prices are super high. Not everyone wants to pay or could pay those prices. But the service manager shouldn't feel a customer is waisting their time.

I made an appointment and had to wait 3 hours for service to be completed. I am not oblivious that it can take a little time. But when thought with an appointment I would get out quicker. Maybe it was because I added an additional service(alignment). That just tells me that next time just keep it to the one thing I went for initially.and to top it off my alignment was done wrong. The positive i can say was Ned was awesome.
