My service advisor took care of my vehicle issues which were a recall on my TRD Pro and suspension concerns. He was informative and acknowledged my concerns and all issue’s were taken care of. Only thing out of my experience was the long 5hrs of wait time; when I had an 9:45am appointment which it wasn’t in his control, but something Toyota of Hemet service department should do better.

The tire that needs to be replaced. I can get it replaced for less than $100 instead of the $195 you wanted to replaced the one tire.

I liked the human service but the online software is not user friendly nor very logically organized, particularly the payment aspect which is abysmal.
