What is the **** point of having an appointment if you’re still going to wait 2 HOURS for an OIL CHANGE! You have all these cars waiting for service but only 2 bays to work on them?! If you do have the facilities or man power to book all the appointments then don’t do it! I was warned about coming to you guys and now I see why. I plan on trading in my vehicle but I’ll be sure to do it elsewhere. No way in hell would I recommend you to any of my friends or family.

Ok...everything was good. Edward was very helpful and the car was well serviced. What wasn't ok was that I was in your lounge from 11:15 until 3:45. Ed said the service dept was swamped and really behind. That issue needs to be addressed. I appreciate the $50 discount.
