Skyler has always been the most personable service rep. I am grateful he is still there after recent ownership changes. He elicits trust. And Ned was very helpful and expedient, lending a hand when Skylar had 3 deep awaiting his counter.

Jason is always friendly when I come to get my vehicle serviced. My displeasure with Gosch service center is with the time it takes for any service.I make an appointment for every visit and I feel like a walk in with the amount of time it takes. I was in there for just under 5hours today. I was late picking up my daughter. As usual I was quoted that my service would be completed faster than it actually happened. I’ve been in there for 5hrs for an oil change. It’s almost never been less than 3hrs for an oil change with an appointment. I’ve sat in there for an hour before I even get a text that they’ve looked at my car. It’s just disrespectful of my time. Don’t quote me time and allow me to make an appointment if you’re not going to try to help me in a reasonable amount of time. I leave unhappy due to time every time. Today I left in tears. Very upsetting.

I took my car in just for a dianogstic of all is going on Fri morn 8am never heard anything about what's wrong until we had to drive back there at 5pm to find out there still looking at it we called and called never an answer so we left overnight and finally still no answer phones we drove back around 11am and then got a 9,000 esti for the repairs unbelievable I will never be back or recommend the service dept thankyou Susie B
