I’m sorry but Edward was not customer focused it not my first interaction with him either first time I was going to let it go but today again he slams his mouse and types on his keyboard like you’re a bother to him .

I left feeling like I didnt get everything my car needed done. Generally I leave that dealership feeling pretty reassured, but yesterday it felt like I was being moved along quickly rather than accurately. I asked about the 90k maintenance, because I really try not to fall behind on preventative maintenance, and the gentleman I checked in with assured me there was no additional maintenance other than an oil change my car needed until 100k. However, I took home a maintenance paper and when I reviewed it yesterday it looked like my car is probably due for maintenance because there is a 90k “major service” which I think may have been what I was told about initially and now I’m waiting on a call back to see if I’m misunderstanding something because I really dont want to fall behind on maintenance and I dont feel very assured that this isnt the case from yesterday.

Service was fine but I was told the tire patch was $30 but was charge $40 also I asked for help with my Bluetooth hookups and was told " I don't do that" I haven't been able to properly pair my phone, navigation and anything eles right whats the use in buying a car this expensive if I can't use the features? So I'm not happy about that
