Person who check me in was great! Deserves a raise or customer service ns being a good representative of Hardin.
Tech was good and through as well as fast.
Manager on other hand let someone cut in front of a huge line and myself who was second in line. Not ok to let someone cut the line.
Manager helped that person and didn’t make it right for everyone else who waited correctly. Not ok in my book and gives bad reputation to Hardin.
Next time maybe I should cut the line and. Not wiat.
