Juan Ayala greeted me within a few minutes of arriving. He was polite and helped me. I didn't have an appointment and he gave me an estimated time when my car would be finished. Which glad to say was done sooner than expected. When my car was ready for pickup he went through the expection report and told me I took car of my car.
