It is completely unacceptable to wait 2-1/2 hrs just for a regular oil change and rear brake replacement when the shop is not even so busy. I was the 2nd customer in the waiting area then other customers come and go until I was the last one to go. I did not even get a valid explanation from Darin or an apology. I don’t know what they did to my car why it took so long to work on it or maybe not. I don’ t want to deal with this kind of service advisor anymore.

Adrian and the team were very helpful. Adrian was very patient and helpful showing me the special features of my car and answering my questions and concerns (first time hybrid buyer) I was able to learn a lot about my car and gave me great insights! Overall I had a great experience bringing in my concerns and having my questions answered. One thing for the 2025 CRV my concern still lies on the loud (exhaust) sound it has which I hope to hear back. Adrian said they are trying to test other CRVs to compare and contrast I hope to get this resolved soon.

The service personnel were much more personable at the Toyota place where I purchased my last 2 cars. I purchased this Honda during the crisis of no cars available in February when I was forced to buy any car I could find. Honda had one car I purchased it. I had purchased a Honda before going to Toyota.
I’m sorry I had to buy a car during a crisis when they were no cars available. This was the last car on the lot. Great car but service dept is lacking

I wrote a review on the entire staff who worked on my car care. A plus across the board. And David gets a special shout out. YHANK YOU David!!! You rock and so grateful for you. I wouldn’t write this next sentence in a review, but compared to last time with a service advisor who is no longer there , good riddens.
This was my favorite service since I bought my car in 2018. They were all good, this was just my fav. Yes, definitely, a job well done!!!!????

He did a good job of trying help both my mom and I as we were from out of town and we were some what stranded in Southern California. He tried to keep us calm and gave us any updates we needed. He was able to arrange a car for us to take back to Northern California after a new problem came up, which we brought back with us when the car was ready. They had done enough tests to make sure it was going to be fine and we were able to drive back home. Thank you Cesar and everyone else for helping us.

We were first told we needed a new transmission and it was going to be under warranty but then told it was not under warranty. We brought the car in on July 4th but did not give our car back until the 25th and told us that no rentals were available and it was very difficult for my family since I have two kids in car seats and my wife and I need to drive into work. Had to call every few days to get an update on where we were with fixing the car (I do understand it was to try and see if the car would be under warranty but it was too long. Ultimately it was out of warranty by 9 months I think. Looked up the 2016 HRV and saw lots of issues with the transmission and found it frustrating that we took all that time for nothing. Called corporate to see if they could help out but basically was told there was nothing they could do. The car did not outlast our other car that is over 10 years old so not very confident in the longevity of Honda cars in general anymore. Probably not going to be getting another Honda in the future because they do not last very long and cost a lot of money to fix because it lasts just outside the warranty lifespan.

After the oil change was done in almost 3 hours, and my car was released to me, I was getting in my car and I hit my head on the door jam roof while colliding with my front seat, because the oil change technician had pumped up and raised my seat to the maximum possible height, causing the collision. My head was hurting and throbbing, so I went and reported this to the service writer, Darin. He edged his way in and started pumping the seat back down. He told me he would talk to the employee and said, “ Take Care of Yourself “ and walked away. ?????
