No good need to have a camera at express service entrance because people who cut line and claimed they were there first and the service personnel took their words and let them cut in without asking if they were lying from anyone else as they were lying I don’t appreciate of what happened thing almost get out hand I don’t like it I hope you will fix the issue and have a camera at the express service side ( line) to avoid future issues or conflicts thank you ! ????

I made appt to do oil change and recall on camera. Told I would have to leave truck till Monday to do recall. My receipt only mentioned basic service for cust concern but didn’t mention recall that was why I did appt. I have received texts, email, letter and notes in app about recall and I bring it up as a concern and its not listed. I thought my concern should be listed as cust concern and not ignored in your documentation of cust concerns. I keep repeating this because I made an appt because it was a concern. Documentation given to me should list cust declined to leave veh for three days. Had you given me a loaner maybe. But to delete from documentation of my concerns is strange
