Service told me 2 hours then later after 2 hours they told 4 or more I left
Very upset , left message for services manager MAC he never called me

You kept contacting the wrong phone number despite my husband providing the correct one, our car was held hostage waiting for insurance to pay their part of the bill (no other dealership or body shop I have ever worked with has done that), no one reviewed the car inspection details with my husband, communication was extremely unprofessional. This is in line with what my personal experience has been with your dealership. We will not be going here again.

Almost 5 hours for an oil change… what is the point of making an appointment? There needs to be a more efficient system implemented for people that make an appointment for oil changes vs. just showing up. I am not happy with Hardin at all and if I didn’t have Honda Care, I certainly would take my business elsewhere.
