The free service was the only good part… the technician did not remove seat cover and tag, the maintenance was still showing 20% and no reset, so am now doubting if the oil change was actually completed as promised. This is the first time I had this customer experience at Hardin Honda, btw I purchased my vehicle with Hardin Honda.

I was waiting in the waiting room (i specifically said i will wait for the car) and was not notified on my phone when the car was ready. I had to go up to the deak and ask if my car was ready, which was done an hour ago. If the auto messaging system did not work for some reason,I felt that someone should have come to the waiting area to look for me.
