Overall I was satisfied with everything. The representative checked in with me and the car was given in a timely manner as stated. One thing I wish to have seen done a bit better is organization between those with appointments and those that just show up. If the organization with that was better, the experience would be made better. If I had to rate my experience I would say this time it is a 9 out of 10.

Mi advised my service person that I was told I had an oil leak and he said they would do a full inspection since I said I was close to 50k miles. When I picked my car up, he was at lunch and the person who helped me said no inspection was done and that was it. Now I will fine another Honda dealer that will do what they say and won’t be back to Hardin. Very poor customer service!

I was grateful that I could get my battery (that died earlier in the day; jump started by AAA) replaced soon after I arrived. Juan was courteous and helpful in getting my car in for service on what appeared to be a busy day. I waited comfortably in the air conditioned waiting room.
