When arriving at Harden Honda my service advisor greeted me by saying "what's up Boss." I found that to be disrespectful and slightly demeaning similar to saying "what's up Chief." When I asked him to not call me Boss he responded by saying in a very sarcastic tone "but you are the Boss." I asked him once more to not call me Boss and he said "ok." I was disappointed that I was offered no apologies. With such a competitive car shopping/service repair market customer service is paramount and first introductions/greetings can make all the difference. Unfortunately from the start my experience at Harden Honda was disappointing to say the least.
