We bought this car brand new from your dealership, but found out that there a defect on the side Dios not locking appropriately which cause the car to alarmed. We came back and forth many times to get it fixed, the lady time when we were there, they said it would take a long time so we need to take the shuttle home.we waited an hour and a half for the shuttle, we had a toddler with us and he was hungry, we went and checked on our status, turned out they forgot to put our names on the shuttle list. The text we got from the services said that the car will be ready by 4pm, so we told the shuttle services that we need pick up around 3:30 so we can pick out car up. 4 pm came, nothing, we called and were put on hold for 30 minutes, then they said shuttle ends at 3:30pm and the cat won't be done anyway. Then 5 minutes later, somebody called and told us the car is ready, when asked about the shuttle they said that no shuttle on that day and no shuttle services in the weekend either. So we have to find our own ride, the dealership maybe able to find us a ride but also told us not to count on it. All in all, we are very very disappointed in the experience we had, you guys made mistakes and yet nobody tried to fix it and let customer suffered. Not professional at all. I'll be sure to yelp and do review and file any places to raise awareness about your services.

When I bought my car, one of the considerations was that I was to have lifetime car washing. Now I am told that "because of the water shortage" that contract benefit is being taken away from me without any consideration of something else. I am very unhappy about this.

Neil, was knowledgeable about my recall, straightforward with cost & offered loaner and price matched dealers as well as courteous. He's what I expect in a service writer. I'm very knowledgeable and bring to dealer when I choose not to repair myself. I didn't have wifi access which would have helped during 5 hours there.
