I dropped my car off last night. At 11:15 I still had not received a call. I had to call twice because My rep was "busy" as stated by both him and another rep. He originally quoted $640 "based on another guys repair, but it could be more." I asked, well aren't you in front of your computer? Can you look it up? I need to know what the cost will be. Four hours later as I am driving to pick up my seemingly fine vehicle I finally get a rather lengthy text that now quotes $970 and says this repair is what we suspect you will need when it actually fails. Upon arrival I am then told that I need new shocks... As I am PICKING up my car. When I asked my rep WHY this had not been addressed at all during our conversations he had no answer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of common sense, honesty, professional courtesy, or efficiency shown throughout this entire interaction. I will not be returning for repairs in the near future. This was a horrific experience.

Hardin Honda was the only place I took my vehicle today. Upon arriving home from my oil and 10k service, I noticed a 6ft scratch on my passenger side of my 2015 Honda Odyssey which was not there when I arrived. Luckily it was in the clear coat and after a scratch remover and several minutes of elbow grease it was go. I tried to call the service department but they were closed for the rest of the weekend...needless to say I will be calling them Monday.

Brian was great and everyone was very friendly. I had two issues. The first one was when I arrived and pulled into the line, a very nice gentleman asked me what I was there for. He gave me estimated time of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then he moved to the next car. Several other people, who had come after me, where being helped, even though my car was in the front of the line. I had to ask why someone wasn't helping me since I had been there first. Brian stepped up and took care of me. When I picked up my car almost 2 1/2 hours later, I paid and left. When I was driving home I noticed that the service light was still on, thinking it would reset itself, I kept driving. I ended up having to pull over and call to find out why it wasn't resetting. I was told I needed to come back to the service center for them to take care of it! That was a little annoying. I also hear a slight rattle that wasn't there before I dropped the car off. I will have to drive the car and see if it is still doing it. Again, the staff was amazing and friendly, I was just inconvenienced on a day that I had a lot of other things to do. Thank you!

My in-person experience with the service department on Aug 26 was positive and I have no complaints.
My dissatisfaction comes from first waiting two months to get my replacement air bag, which I understand was a parts back-order issue, but after I called periodically to check to see if the part came in, I was told that someone would call me when it did, and that didn't happen. My recall notice said that the recalled airbag in my car was dangerous and potentially lethal, and that I shouldn't have passengers in the front seat until it was replaced. Having to wait over two months and then find out, after finally calling again last week to check, that the part was actually in, but no one was calling me, and other Elements were being serviced, was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It would be reasonably upsetting under normal circumstances, but in this instance, the fact that Honda specifically told me in my notice that someone could be killed if I was in an accident with this recalled airbag -- it is extremely upsetting that Hardin didn't prioritize getting these fixed with all their customers ASAP, especially when my name and number and car info was taken, and I was promised a call as soon as my airbag came in.
