I was here due to a faulty air bag in my vehicle. This is nothing related to my service rep in particular but I picked up my car this evening after work and the alarm wouldn't lock without sounding off. I have had his car six years with no issue and all of a sudden I leave and I have this issue. I had left with the vehicle on my way home and couldn't lock the car with my toddler son. I had to return back again for a second time for a separate issue.
My car is now back for a second day awaiting the issue. I had a similar experience the last time I brought my car in with another faulty dashboard issue where I was told it was resolved and was sent home and I had the same issue and had to return again.

When I first arrived, I entered the parts department instead of the service department. There were 6 Honda employees about 4 feet away separated by an open door that could have addressed me and guided me through the right entrance, but I was ignored. I exited out and made my way to them, after quickly realizing my mistake. Once I entered, I was greeted with a "what are you here for? ", instead of a simple hi, how can we help you. I found this particularly rude because of the environment I was in. Everyone was having inappropriate work conversations, as I first heard from the parts room. I did not expect theme to continue those conversations, once I entered the correct room. To make matters worse, one employee was directly involving the associate helping me in the conversation. "We can hangout if you want", "under what context", "let's just say the table is going to get messy". They were clearly making inappropriate sexual jokes, but even if they were not, I would still find it rude. Also, I made an appointment daus before for two recalls, so I expected to arrive at arranged time, and Honda service center to already know what I was there for. Instead the employee walks me out to my car to number and get the Vin number. I asked him if it was okay if I can leave it here, referring to the place were I had parked my car, which he replied, "like I tell my wife don't expect me to read minds. We need to go in to see what you need and do paperwork ". He must have not have heard me, since he must of thought I wanted to leave right then and there. Either way his response was insulting. Of course, when we reentered the office, the uncomfortable conversation's continued. A mechanic walks into the service center with two drinks, when someone yelled "you're double **** those two". Everyone laughed and threw in their own remarks. The only thing I could think was I have to trust them with my car? Too bad it's a recall and I can't go anywhere else. Once I got my paperwork,I could not wait to get out of there. It was really an uncomfortable, rude experience.
