Everything was great until I got my car back. The driver did not cover my seat & had no idea what I was talking about when I asked why he did not cover my seat. Once I got in, I noticed that my radio was off. When I turned it back on, the volume was at 20 something and the radio channel was on some hip-hop station. I don't listen to that station or have my radio volume that high. I would've appreciated if they changed everything back to how I had it.

Thank you is really all I can say helping us get through a terrifying experience! We called service from freeway after hitting a huge object on the road and the representative talked me through it. He was patient and calm with me and reassured me what to do. When we got there everyone was fantastic and our car got repaired thank god not to much damage. Nile was amazing!! The guy the helped me was just fine. But who ever orders the parts for the vehicles needs to pay attention because now I am losing time and money on having to take time out of work drive back-and-forth due to an issue that was an able to be fixed.

He also further took the time to help reprogram Bluetooth phone system and car garage door opener system ( which went out when a battery was replaced at Hardin a couple of months ago.
