There were many changes since my previous visit for service. (1) when i paid my bill, the person argued with me when i questioned why the 10% discount was not applied. (2) i was missing the screw caps to 2 of my tires. My previous visit i was told they would replace them, but never did. I asked again today and was told you dont replace them, but i could purchase them. REALLY???
