Jim, was (as always) so helpful in identifying what service work we should have done. We are moving from California and since we trust Jim... We wanted to make sure our vehicle was ready for the cross country trip. It is bittersweet as we have been customers of Hardin purchasing 3 vehicles and having them all serviced with Hardin. The actual install went well. There was miscommunication with the Hardin team and the parts availability. I had one appointed postponed due to no one ordering the parts. Only reason I knew the parts weren't in was because I called to confirm my appointment. Had I not called, I would have shown up and not had the work done

I appreciated Naeil's help, work, and humor. What soured my experience was the cashier who did the paperwork. I asked her if she could throw away my small bag of trash and she said NO. I could take it to the trash bin outside the service writers' doors. I have been walking with a cane because my knees are so sore. Maybe to the young cashier the distance from one door to the other probably didn't seem like much but to me it was a great distance and lots of pain away . Maybe Hardin could buy another bin for the cashier/parts dept.? Or more observant cashiers? Yes please call me.
