Hardin gets 99/100. I give credit to Byron. He showed a lot of character and class after one of the porters scraped my bumper (hence the score of 99). Accidents happen. It wasn't on purpose. Regardless, Byron came out, personally apologized and told me when I'm ready, the body shop will replace it and my car will be good as new. I appreciate that. I have no problem recommending Hardin to family or friends who need work done on their Honda. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments.

i made an appointment online and still had to wait over an hour just for an oil change as people showed up without appointments were in line ahead of me. No point in making an appointment if that was the case. The waiting room was hot and no AC available. I can see other customers sweating and fanning themselves with paper. I did ask for a car wash and it came out looking almost the same with dirty water marks all more than just a few parts of the car. The bird poop is still present on the roof. Looks like it only got hosed down by dirty water then a quick sloppy dry down. On the positive note. The service person was courteous and pleasant. I just hope the same scenario doesn't happen when I return for the minor service.
