The advisor was nice , but I had a few problems. When I called , they told me to come between 7 and 8. When I arrived, the service advisor told me that the technicians don't show up until 8 and my car would be done in an hr if it was the front brake pads needed to be replaced. It was the brakes and I asked if my car could be washed. It was 945 and I was still waiting and my advisor said my car was being washed . It's about 10 and I've been there 3 hrs and my was filthy still. It was not wash. My service advisor and cashier said it was being washed and that was far from the case. I was in a hurry and didn't think it wasn't going to take that long. I needed to leave and my car that was supposed to be washed definitely was not

I got a flat tire and came in, thinking easy fix. I told them I needed a multipoint inspection because I was driving to Nebraska from California and I was going to have my daughter with me. He said ok and told me I was in the best hands. On my first few hours of driving, my car began to shake every time I break. REALLY BADLY! I called it in to a Honda dealership and they informed me I need new breaks. So I delayed my entire trip waiting for my breaks to be changed. It really isn't that big of a problem, honestly, easy fix right?! Wrong, my 7 year was with me and now she's even more bored then she originally was. She's hungry and we checked in to our hotel almost after 9pm, and this isn't ok.

I appreciated the recall service that was provided initially. The service representatives were great. However, a representative informed me at 2:33 pm on 7/21/16 that my car was ready. After asking for a shuttle, I waited patiently until 6:08 pm. After speaking with another representative, I was told that the shuttle driver attempted to contact me but I did not answer. I checked my call log but there were no missed calls. I could not pick up my car on my own so I have to wait until tomorrow morning. I would like to be compensated somehow.

Frank was honestly the best service rep I haaces ever dealt with. He was professional and comprehensive. Only thing I have to complain about is that Honda should at least offer s free oil change or a loaner car for a recall. Had to walk to work after because shuttle wasn't abailble till 730 other than that great customer service by frank
