Service department was friendly. The was finished faster than expected. Those made it a pleasant experience.

Overall the service experience was great, the only downfall was I asked for a car wash and upon getting to my house I saw that there were spots on the car, ones that were initially there when I took the car in to get serviced. I understand that the car wash is free but I would have liked a better job for what I paid for service.

Marwan had promised that the car would be washed before I picked it up. It was not. You figure after spending 2800.00 on a repair and leaving the car for 5 days, that is the least they could do! I understand there is a water shortage but when your employee promises something, then they should follow through with it.

Train you representatives not to "giggle or chuckle" when they are informing the client there are other problems with the car that need to be fixed. Then they quote a high cost for repair and giggle. I don;t know if you give the reps a percentage of the costs but the giggle is very irritating.

Chris took care of everything very quickly and professionally. I was really disappointed I wasn't put through to him on Saturday when my car stopped working, and the other side of the service department didn't listen to me and told me to have my car towed on Monday. My friend jumped my car on Sunday night, and I drove it into Chris on Monday morning. The battery had gone dead, which the other side would have figured out had they bothered to listen to me when I tried to tell them what happened when the car died Friday evening. Chris knew within seconds what the problem was when I shared the same information with him when I arrived. You are very fortunate to have him working for you, and I trust him completely, as I have ever since I first bought the car four years ago. I do not trust the main repair department now.
