Should not of had to wait an hour and a half at express oil change . I was told the reason was all the air tools were not working so they had to do everything by hand. They should of informed the customers of this issue before hand. Nothing was said until I asked. If I would of known I would of come back another day.

I am disappointed in the purchase of the 2016 Fit. I have had to have the car towed twice in the last week due to dead batteries and faulty car alarm. The car us only 6 months old and has 2500 miles. I have owned many Honda's in the past, Civic, CRV and Accord and have never had these issues.

I went in for a minor service job for my 2012 honda civic si they were suppose to check everything on my car i was sitting at the window looking and the tech doing the job it took him no more then 30 minutes to finish everything on it i didnt see him inspect my brakes or the fluids on my car i wasnt happy for it and my total was 83 dollars for basicly nothing other time i took my car for a regular oil change they took much longer for this not happy at all
