This visit was required to repair work done yesterday.I needed to return when the same problem surfaced when the same warning light came on. Slowing to 40 mph on a freeway is scary. The service fellows did a fine job again. But I could not answer your survey question saying that I was satisfied under this stressful circumstance. Nevertheless I will continue using Hardin Service. Just not too soon, I kind of hope.

I liked that I could make an appointment. I was told my car would probably be done around a certain time, and it was. I liked the courtesy car wash. The waiting area is also very nice. All employees there were kind and courteous.
