Rudolph or Rudy was a nice man to work with. He made sure I was a happy customer. He took time to listen and he did the job right the first time. I would not go to any dealer to service my car except for Hardin Honda in Anaheim. Thank you for excellent service.

The springs holding up the trunk were replaced during a prior visit but it does not appear they are still working right and will need to be replaced again. Otherwise service was fine.

Didn't reset my tire pressure gauge resulting in a light on the dash making us come back to the dealership. Also I don't know why you bother washing cars there as this is the third time (including the day we bought our car) that we got a car wash there and the car was still dirty (windows not clean, water spots all over car, rims still dirty as well). I understand its "free", but Wow at least try to do a respectable job.

We brought the car in for the recall on the airbag. We arranged for the car rental. We parked the car at our home. We brought the car back to get it serviced with a new air bag. When we called to get a ride to pick up the car we got the run around. This was an inconvenience for Honda to do this! We did not cause the situation or the process for dealing with it. And yet to get a simple ride to get our car. Something you advertise. And it was to too much to ask from you?
