Get car done 2 wks ago find out car get scratch. Bring back customer fix it. Come and get the car today and check the car for percentage of oil change and it show 20%. That is what the number when I brought in 2 wks to do minor check up and replace front brake. Every time I get oil change it should show 100% now I get it done minor check up and oil change should included in it. Don't know the tech did change the oil or not or forget to reset the % on the screen. My husband is not happy with this service and I have to bring the car back for you guy to check or reset. It's probably technical issue. Never get this happen but this time I guess I am the unlucky one. Wait 5 hrs and get the car back is scratch the front bumper and little technical issue. Hope it will never happen again when I bring my car back for coming up next service. Not happy with this service but over all Hardin Honda is doing great job and I am happy with it.

I went in for replacement keys. I did get them & they work fine but...after 1.5 hours of waiting I was told 10:00am was the "promised" time of completion (I needed to leave for work at that time). 10:15 came & I still hadn't received a text or a call from a representative in the visitors lounge. I decided to walk up to the service desk, and when I did they said " oh yes your car is ready ".... As grateful as I was for it to be done, how long was it sitting there completed? I did need to get to work, so it did set me behind 15 minutes. In my line of work 15 minutes late throws off my whole day. Other than that, everybdy was very nice and helpful. So, the only complaint I have was the time it took for the task to be completed and I would like for it to be done when it said it's going to be done.

Long time customer, since purchasing our 2003 Element. Hardin Honda has always been my "Come Back To" dealership. I have tried other companies but they have never been able to provide the TOTAL care for the customer. Hardin has great mechanics,courteous service advisors, helpful parts department representatives, the cashiers are very efficient. The Hardin facilities are always clean and comfortable. The customer lounge is large with lots of seating.The bathrooms are clean. I feel very good knowing my 2003 Element will be well cared for at Hardin Honda as long as I own it.

I had to wait one hour for someone to cut my master keys today May 31st because an employee made a mistake and lost the original keys when I purchased the car on Monday the 30th. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional on Hardin Honda's part. I wish I can say I am satisfied but cannot even say I am a little satisfied.

I thought the "Helpful Honda" idea was just a form of advertising, but your staff provided excellent service to me--as well as to other customers. I'd like to call out Byron Dozier for helping me today; he went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and I really appreciate his effort. Thank you!
