Called Harden Honda service department and was told the items for the recall were available. I came in and after many hours was told that they don't have the parts. Also requested and oil change, but that could not be done because the "cap" was aftermarket. Had the oil change done in 5 minutes at another repair center. Asked for a car wash and was told that would be done. It was not done. Asked them to check my tires and they told me that they needed replacement, but didn't offer to repair or replace those either! Called two days later to get the "proof of correction" for the IMA Battery recall so that I could renew my auto's registration for the state since they won't renew my registration without proof of correction cerficate... Called and no one would answer after a full 6 minutes of letting the phone ring!! I am beyond frustrated with Harden Honda service. At least the service rep was nice and offered me a emailed certificate for a car wash later.

After paying over 2500, they forgot to hook something back up. After leaving the dealership, I discovered that the fan/hester/defroster wasn't working. Had to go back to dealer right away. Thankfully Rudolfo ("Rudy") was able to take my car into the garage and find a mechanic to fix it while I waited, as I needed the car for an out-of-town trip I was taking the next morning.
