The first time I came in you told me you had the part. Then you said there were a couple pieces that might get bent and wanted me to come back when you had the extra parts. I said no, go ahead and put it on. If the other pieces get bent I will just come back. Then you came back a second time and said the piece came in bent and you could not put it on. So you wasted 3 hours of my time and I had to come back once you "got the new piece". Extremely unsatisfied with your service.

It is my daughters car and I was helping her to get her 60,000 mile service while I was in California for her graduation. In the past, we received a complimentary car wash with each service, including oil changes. Today, a car wash was not offered after our car was serviced. My family has purchased cars and had sevice done at Hardin for over 50 years. I personally have gone to Hardin Honda for 20 years. The last 3 years, I don't like changes in the sevice & sales department. All new staff at service department. Last year I bought pre owned certified car and an extentend warrenty. When I went to the dealership this morning, the contract that I purchased from your finance it was not in the computer system. Inconvience for me, I was very disappointed. I had a problem with my car the other day when I was driving on the freeway I had the A/C on and smoke came out of the vent for 30 seconds . I turned the A/C off 15 minutes later my car smelt like something was burning I thought I had an electrically problem. I took in this morning, I had to call finance too get copy of the contract. your staff needs to make changes
