The service rep noticed my key fob was not working when he manually unlocked the drivers door to complete the service ticket, said something about looking into it. I paid for the lube oil & filter and was told the rest of the car was fine. Key fob was not addressed.

I really appreciated my service consultant, Frank Camargo. He was extremely thorough and very enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend him for any future customers that have anxiety about their car repair issues. I spent a pretty penny today but in the end it was worth it because of his extremely helpful service. I've never had anyone take pictures of the work needing to be done as well as inviting me into the garage to see it firsthand. I have restored hope in the integrity of what takes place in the garage.
