I really appreciated my service consultant, Frank Camargo. He was extremely thorough and very enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend him for any future customers that have anxiety about their car repair issues. I spent a pretty penny today but in the end it was worth it because of his extremely helpful service. I've never had anyone take pictures of the work needing to be done as well as inviting me into the garage to see it firsthand. I have restored hope in the integrity of what takes place in the garage. I paid $25 the previous day for a brake inspection and Neail said it would count toward brake service. I only had a $24 discount on my bill that I saw when I got home which isn't very cool to do to a customer. It just makes it hard to trust a business that overcharges you to be honest in the future. Also it is ridiculous that car washes are not given when getting hundreds of dollars worth of service. You could at least vacuum the interior or clean windows to make the car seem nicer if you really aren't allowed to use water. Finally my car smelled like body odor when I picked it up from the technician. A cheap air freshener would've gone a long way...

I often choose Hardin to maintain my car, however, I was really disappointed about the service on this Monday 10/10/16. I came to change/ filt oil and fix the D flash light. After I picked up my car, every thing is still like the time before I came, the oil wasnt changed or filted, the D light still flashed. Please make sure everything is going fine before you give the car back to customer, the time to fix a car was not short, dont waste our time!
