Zach was friendly a d efficient. When my vehicle was done being serviced he came to ke and had the paperwork ready that I needed to sign. He could have had me walk back over to the service counter but he came to me in the Customer Lounge. I also appreciated him listen to a potential concern of mine with my vehicle and when we went over the paperwork before my vehicle was brought around he remembered it and said that when I brought my vehicle in for the next scheduled maintenance that the techs recommended he would have them check out the concern.
