Los empleados que reciben los autos les falta capacitación para tratar a los clientes. Falta de logística para agendar a los clientes a la misma hora. No puede ser posible que agenden a más de 20 autos a la misma hora.
Y en especial el trato hacia los clientes no es muy buena.

The service was excellent, as always. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a note from the service technician indicating that my car has a leaky valve cover. However, I was not contacted about this issue prior to picking up my car, and no recommendation was made to address it—it was simply noted. I believe this matter should potentially be taken more seriously. If this is not a serious issue, please feel free to disregard this concern, as I remain very satisfied with the service I received.

Cezar was a great service rep. The process of getting recall service needs to be customer friendly. I made appointment for 8:00am Tuesday expecting to get my car back Wednesday. Cezar was hesitant as he was off Wednesday. I called to check status & was told I was car 20 & my car probably would not be serviced until Friday. My car sat on your lot for 3 days. I had to cancel appointments because I did not have a car & it was not going to serviced until Friday. Why can't you set a day when you call for appointment & put you on the list so car is serviced when you bring it in instead of having car sit there. I understand there were 65 cars to be serviced when I bought it in . I could have used my car Tuesday & Wednesday & brought it back Thursday for actual service. Not Cezer fault but service dept system needs changing when there is a recall & parts become available.
