Adrian was very polite, but I think the issue is systemic. I specifically made a note in my appointment to let me know in advance if the recall parts were not in. When I arrived at my appointment, Adrian informed me that the parts for the recall were not in and didn’t know when they would be in.This is the 2nd time this has happened. Management needs to figure out a more efficient way to track parts. I will get my recall work done at a different dealership to see if it’s Hardin Honda or Honda in general. I love my car, but service has been extremely frustrating.
