The only thing I noticed that was not satisfactory is that when I arrived @7:15 am I chose the outside lane. As cats were checked in for the other lane more cars would pull up. I watched seven cars pull in after I was in line get checked in before anyone made it to my car. I waited almost a full 45 minutes. That was disappointing. There should be a more manageable system for checking people in.

There was a clear lack of ongoing communication regarding when maintenance would be completed. I had to contact the service department multiple times because I had not heard from Alfredo and it was past the “latest available time” that he said my car maintenance would be done by. By the time I found out from the service department that my car had been repaired, the dealership was closing within the hour. The dealership kept my car for over a day even with the appointment scheduled in advance for just the service for the fuel impeller recall. I had to reschedule this appointment from several weeks prior since I was informed at the previous appointment that there were “57 cars ahead of mine” despite the dealership requiring me to call and make an appointment for the service recall. While I understand there is a high demand for fixing the recall, greater transparency on repair times, waitlists, and communication about such would have made a significant difference.
