I wasn’t happy with the attendant at Express Services. He insisted that I needed to take the “Full Service” which would’ve cost me over $200, or I would be eliminated from the Oil Change club. So, I went over to the other service department who said that wasn’t true.

I recently had my 2019 Honda Accord serviced at the Hardin Honda dealership in Anaheim for regular maintenance, including an air filter replacement. Immediately after the service, I noticed a strange noise from the center console area whenever I used the defroster or A/C, which was not present before. I brought this issue to the attention of the service advisor Darren Schopperly and technician Daniel Rasco. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I requested to speak to someone higher up, but was told they were unavailable until Monday. I am genuinely concerned about this new problem and the way it was handled. I hope we can resolve this without additional costs, as the issue arose immediately after the service. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

When I received a call from the service writer I text the service writer please do not do the brakes. When I picked up the car they had done the brakes. I didn't want to spend that money so close to Christmas
